Adult Ballet Class
The emphasis on technique, body control and discipline, make ballet a solid foundation for all forms of dance. It is the detailed precision of ballet that creates the beautiful, graceful and elegant movements which are famous around the world. The focus on flexibility, coordination, strength and body line make ballet a great way to get in shape, stay fit and healthy. Ballet's focus on musicality and rhythm will stimulate the creative side in every person and make every ballet class fun and exciting.

Contemporary dance has become one of the most dominating performance genres of dance throughout the world. Contemporary dance encourages the creative development through its free form of movement and diverse cultural influences. It is a fun way to stay in shape, build body control and stimulate self-esteem.
Adult Hot Heels
Hot Heels! This class is designed for people of all ages and dance abilities. It's all about boosting confidence, feeling sassy and giving you nothing but feel good, positive vibes. Get your strut on and come join us!

Adult Meet Me at the Barre
"Meet you at the Barre", an exercise class that delivers the ballet body everyone craves but is not a ballet class. Barre is a low-impact workout inspired by ballet and other disciplines like Yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises, holding your body still while you engage a specific set of muscles. A barre class also incorporates light weights, matt work and a cool down/stretch at the end of every class. Barre quickly re-shapes muscles, slims down your body and improves posture and coordination. It tailors its exercises for a wide range of body types and ages.
Drama specific classes are designed to develop your acting confidence and hone their dramatic skills. Solo & Duologue LAMDA Acting examinations are offered as well as the newly introduced LAMDA Shakespeare examinations.
